MTSS Cadre 1 & 2 Coaching for Implementaion for EI Strategies

This session is designed to develop the coaching role and build
capacity of the coach to provide supports for staff to implement explicit
instruction strategies. Participants will examine the “why” of coaching,
establish a coaching process, develop coaching cycles, and learn various
coaching strategies and when to use them. Resources for collecting
instructional data to determine coaching needs, providing feedback, and
documenting supports will be provided. Participants will also receive training
materials for Explicit Instruction strategies to use with new staff or staff needing more
supports.
Sub reimbursements, mileage & registration will be provided/covered for participants that are part of the ESU 9 PEaK project.
