MTSS Cadre 1 Small Group Differentiated Instruction Session 1

Participants will review student data to create differentiated
groups within the core reading block to support the instructional needs of
students within small groups. Trainers will discuss allocating time per group;
targeting skills; prioritizing critical content; selecting appropriate
practices matched to the needs of students; and teaching to mastery within
small groups. Presenters will provide applications to reinforce reading skills
and strategies dependent on the achievement level of students and discuss
guidelines for independent work time. Target Audience: Classroom teachers,
special education educators, Title I, coaches; lead teachers in coaching role;
reading specialists; reading teachers; curriculum directors; and,
administrators
Sub reimbursements, mileage & registration will be provided/covered for participants that are part of the ESU 9 PEaK project
